Adobe Experience
The three founding partners of GetConnect are ex-Macromedia employees and we have been using Adobe Connect (formerly Macromedia Breeze) as a part of our daily lives since it was released. We were responsible for many of the sales and partner programs for Breeze and we have been able to maintain our connection with our colleagues at Adobe. Our understanding of Adobe processes and procedures and the Adobe Connect product has been invaluable to GetConnect clients.
Our dedicated sales team are all ex-Adobe employees and they are all experts with Adobe® Acrobat® Connect™ Pro and work closely with all aspects of the Adobe sales, operations and support teams.
Our sales support team works only on Adobe® Acrobat® Connect™ Pro accounts and they will ensure your experience is polite, professional and get you up and running in the shortest time possible.
Technical Excellence
There
are two key aspects you need to think about on how to implement a
communication, collaboration and training solution into your
organization. Firstly, how to use the product functionally and the
technical implementation aspects, and then how to apply that product to
specific challenges and projects you have on the horizon. Working with
GetConnect gives you the chance to quickly understand both the
technical/ and unctional side of the implementation and the best practices
side.
From the technical
and functional side you have all of Adobe's training and support
resources available to you, but as a GetConnect client you should copy
us when you have a question too, we might be able to help you out in
short order. When you are working through a trial of Adobe® Acrobat® Connect™ Pro we
are there to make sure you are successful and using your time well of
course.
When it comes to applying Adobe® Acrobat® Connect™ Prot to a challenge, we can tell you what is possible and what is not possible, typically we've already been where you need to go so we won't waste your time. Give us a challenging scenario to think through with you, it makes the days more fun, and if we don't know the answer, we have the contacts and the partner organizations to find someone who does know the answer as soon as possible.
