Announcement Affecting Connect 7.5.x on-premise customers:
As of June 1, 2012, the Universal Voice (UV) feature will no longer function in Adobe Connect 7.5.x with on-premise installations, which are accounts where customers have installed Connect on their own servers to run locally. This loss of functionality is due to the expiry of the Flash Media Gateway (FMG) license. To fix this issue, a FMG License patch needs to be applied. Details about the patch and how to apply it can be found here. We apologize for any inconvenience. Customers who have upgraded and are running Connect 8.x are not affected.
